Our monthly Coffee and Cake morning recently took place at the Royal Exchange pub in Lindford, near Alton.
This time it was chair exercises carried out by our friends at HG Physiotherapy. This consisted of a number of activities to help keep you fit along with some fun tasks which helped to keep the mind stimulated.
