Patrick, is a recent client living with advanced dementia. He finds his greatest joy is the simple pleasure of being outdoors, surrounded by fresh air and nature.
Recognising this, his carer Aaron took him on a gentle walk to Frimley Lodge, giving him the chance to reconnect with nature and enjoy the fresh air he loves so much.
Along the way, they even paused to share a bite to eat, turning the outing into a truly special and meaningful moment for Patrick.
The whole team have been filled with joy seeing Patrick doing so well and enjoying life.
