One of our Alton clients – Jane – had a bit of a disaster when her car wouldn’t start this week. Jane was hoping to head out to the local pond to see the ducks.
Pauline, one of our Senior Carers went around and pushed Jane’s chair into town to ensure that she was able to get out of the house and enjoy the day at the pond!
