Registration Process
Our registration process consists of two parts which should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Complete The Registration Form
Fill in your details using the online registration form below.
Upload Supporting Documents (if available)
To strengthen your application, please upload any of the following:
Up-to-date CV (including full employment history)
Photographic ID
Up-to-date Health & Social Care training certificates
Up-to-date liability insurance certificates
Complete the Questionnaire
Once you submit the registration form, you'll be redirected to a two-part, work-based questionnaire. This takes about 10 minutes to complete (but please allow 20 minutes of quiet time). You cannot save and return later, so please complete it in one go.
Attend an Interview
After you complete the questionnaire, a member of our Live-in Care Team will contact you to arrange an interview if you are successful.
