Melody Care is a proud, family-run business with over 10 years of experience and a real passion for quality care. Each week, our amazing team of 140 carers and care managers make over 3,000 visits across Surrey and Hampshire, always focused on supporting people in the way that suits them best.
Our Story
Simon Carter, the owner of Melody Care, set out with a simple goal — to provide the kind of care he’d want for his own family. He believes deeply in supporting older and more vulnerable people with kindness, respect and real attention to their needs.
Everyone who joins Melody Care shares those same values, and it shows in everything we do. Since starting in 2010, we’ve grown steadily in both size and reputation, and the regular, heartfelt feedback we receive from families says it all: we’re proud to be making a real difference every day.
