What are the advantages of working for Melody Care?
We have four branches, each covering their own local areas. Our carers stay local to their branches – they tell us they enjoy this more than travelling long distances. We listened to our carers and they benefit every day by working in areas they know.
Our branches are based in Aldershot, Alton, Camberley and Farnborough.
We offer employee contracts with guaranteed hours starting from 0 to 35 hours per week. A lot of agencies say they offer you guaranteed hours but do they offer you that in writing and in an employee contract?
The induction and training week commences on your first official day with Melody Care. Running Monday through to Thursday, you will be paid £10.00 per hour for the 28 hours of training.
We will continue to support the early stages of your development by arranging Work-Based Learning in your second week of work.
