Bonus Scheme Terms & Conditions

T&C’s for Double Points through Care Friends for January & February 2023
Care Friend Referrers get paid double Care Friends points throughout January and February 2023 only. 1 point = £1
Breakdown of Care Friend Referral points:

Share 1 point (up to a maximum of 10 points in any one month) (Bonus = 2 points)

Expression of interest 10 points (Bonus = 20 points)

Successful interview 30 points (Bonus = 60 points)

Started work 60 points (Bonus = 120 points)

In post 12 months 20 points (Bonus = 40 points)

New to care 20 points (Bonus = 40 points)
Points are paid through payroll, therefore the usual tax and National Insurance deductions apply.

T&C’s for Summer Bonus for Melody Care Professional Carers
To be paid an extra £1.00 per hour:-
- Annual Leave/time off MUST be pre-booked BEFORE 31st May 2022. This will not affect your scheduled shifts.
- Any time taken off during the pay periods below, except pre-booked holiday, notified to your Line Manager before 31st May 2022, the Professional Carer will NOT be paid their bonus. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Your Manager’s decision is final.
Pay Periods are:
4th July to the 31st July, which is paid on the 12th August;
1st August to the 28th August, which is paid on the 9th September.
T&C’s for Christmas & New Year Bonus for Melody Care Professional Carers
To be paid an extra £1.00 per hour:-
- Annual Leave/time off MUST be pre-booked BEFORE 31st October 2022. This will not affect your scheduled shifts.
- Any time taken off during the pay periods below, except pre-booked holiday, notified to your Line Manager before 31st October 2022, the Professional Carer will NOT be paid their bonus. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Your Manager’s decision is final.
Pay Periods are:
19th December 2022 to 15th January 2023 which is paid on 27th January 2023.
