Founder


Having worked in various commercial enterprises over the last 30 years, Simon reached a stage in his life when he wanted to make a real difference to the society in which we live. Believing passionately in the importance and value of the service we provide to the elderly and frail members of our community, he has now dedicated his life to building Melody Care into one of the best care agencies in the area.

Jackie Learwood

Director of Operations


Jackie has worked in the care sector for over 15 years. Jackie started as an evening carer before moving into several office roles. She has also held several senior management positions. She joined Melody Care in January 2019 overseeing all our branches and was promoted to Director of Operations in December 2020.

Hunt

Director of Marketing & Recruitment

Helen joined Melody Care soon after it was set up in 2011. She has taken on various roles including general administration, staff recruitment and business services. She was promoted to Director of Business Services in in December 2020 then changed roles to Director of Marketing & Recruitment in October 2022.



Suzanne Livingstone

Director of Business &
Commercial Services


Working in various financial roles for nearly 40 years, Suzanne moved to Melody Care in 2016 so she could work for a company that made a difference to society. She is AAT and CIMA qualified. Suzanne was promoted to Director of Finance in December 2020 then changed roles to Director of Business & Commercial Services in October 2022.


Amanda Marsh

Operations Manager


Amanda has worked in the care sector for over 15 years and has enjoyed continued professional development with Melody Care. Joining as a Training Manager, Amanda was promoted to Registered Branch Manager for Aldershot and Farnham in 2017.

Amanda successfully helped with the opening of our Farnborough office in early 2019 with Camberley following on in January 2022. Amanda was promoted to Operations Manager in 2024.


Aditi Bloomfield

Quality & Compliance Manager

Having completed her BSc (Hons) in Health Care & Social Services, Aditi joined Melody Live-in Care as Care Manager in 2016. Further to completing her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership in Health & Social Care, Aditi was promoted to Registered Care Manager in 2018. Returning from her maternity leave, Aditi moved into the role of Quality & Compliance Manager. Working across all branches, she supports the managers with all aspects of regulatory compliance, correctly following CQC guidelines.

Jonathan
Hill

Business & IT Services Manager

Jonathan has worked in numerous technical positions throughout his 15 year career. He has built and run a 24/7 technical helpdesk business, which provided IT services across Surrey & Hampshire. In 2019 he was made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, recognising his leadership attributes.

Jonathan joined melody care in 2022 and is responsible for all of our IT systems, Social Media & helps manage the day to day needs of our branches.


Sarah Watkinson

Head of Finance


Sarah has worked in various financial roles in a career that spans over 30 years.
Previously working for a company in the construction industry, Sarah was responsible for all of their accounts and payroll.

Sarah joined Melody Care in 2019, intially as a Finance Assistant. In 2021 she was promoted to Head of Finance where she manages our payroll & invoicing.
Outside of work, Sarah is a keen painter & crafter


Abi
Haughin

Branch Manager
Aldershot

Abi, previously a registered manager for a home care provider in Surrey, joined Melody Care in 2024 as our Aldershot Branch Manager. With over 10 years experience in care, she started as a Carer, moving to Care Co-ordinator before becoming a Registered Manager.

Abi manages the Aldershot Branch, ensuring that we deliver the highest level of care to all of our clients. She is also a proud Dementia Champion.

Branch Manager
Alton

Lou has over 12 years experience in the care industry. She first joined Melody Care back in 2015 as Deputy Branch Manager, before being promoted to Branch Manager of our then Farnham office.

She was responsible for organising our first ever Macmillan coffee morning. She joined us again in November 2023 in a slightly different role, Recruitment and Sales Manager and now manages our Alton branch.


Dionne
Mayhew

Branch Manager
Camberley

Dionne has a career in care that is in excess of 15 years. She previously worked in care homes around Surrey as a Deputy Manager, specialising as a Care Certificate Assessor. Dionne joined Melody Care in 2021 as a Deputy Manager tasked with opening our Camberley branch.

Once Camberley was successfully opened, she became the Manager of our Camberley branch where she ensures our care team deliver the highest standard of care to our clients.

Kerry Metcalfe BEM

Regional Manager

With over two decades of experience working in the care sector, Kerry joined Melody Care in May 2016 as a Deputy Branch Manager and was promoted to Registered Branch Manager for Alton and Bordon in 2017. Kerry has played an integral role in branching Melody Care further into South Hampshire with the opening of our Winchester Branch in 2020. Under her management, Kerry has seen her team enjoy success by winning numerous awards at the Hampshire County Care Awards in both 2019 and 2021. However, her biggest achievement by far, was being awarded the British Empire Medal for “services to social care during Covid-19” in the 2021 Queen’s Birthday Honours List.

Amanda Marsh

Amanda has worked in the care sector for over a decade and has enjoyed continued professional development with Melody Care. Joining as a Training Manager, Amanda was promoted to Registered Branch Manager for Aldershot and Farnham in 2017. Amanda successfully opened a further branch in Farnborough in October 2018 and continues to ensure its success.







Carrie Kaderbek

Branch Manager
Aldershot & Farnham


Carrie started her career in care in 2011 working in a residential home caring for people with dementia. Carrie then joined the Melody Care team in 2018 working evenings and weekends as a Professional Carer before joining the office team in 2021 as Care Team Coordinator where she was quickly promoted to Deputy Manager. From 1st June 2022, Carrie has been promoted to Branch Manager for Aldershot & Farnham.





Lindsey Shipton

Recruitment & Marketing Assistant

Lindsey has worked in the domiciliary care industry since 2010 and joined Melody Care in 2019 taking on various roles such as Professional Carer, Weekend Supervisor, Care Team Coordinator, and as of November 2021 Recruitment & Marketing Assistant. Lindsey is responsible for being the first point of contact for new Professional Carers and office staff, guiding them through the recruitment and on-boarding process as well as overseeing Melody Care’s social media accounts and various marketing aspects. Lindsey works across all of the branches supporting them to find quality Professional Carers to join their award-winning teams.


Lucy Vaughan

Training Manager

Lucy started her career in Care as a Professional Carer in 2010, joining Melody Care in 2012 as Care Coordinator. Since then Lucy has taken on various roles including Branch Manager for the Alton Branch and Registered Manager for Melody Live-in Care. She successfully completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care in 2018 and Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems (RQF) in 2020. Eager to progress her career and utilise her interpersonal skills, Lucy took on the role of Training Manager in 2021.

Helen Hunt

Director of Business Services

Helen joined Melody Care soon after it was set up in 2011. She has taken on various roles over the last ten years including general administration, staff recruitment and business growth. For the last five years, Helen was General Manager for Live-in Care Ltd (the sister company to Melody Care) where she oversaw carer recruitment and client business development. She was recently promoted to Director of Business Services being responsible for the running and maintenance of all the branches and overseeing all IT and communication systems.




Amanda Marsh

Multi Branch Registered Manager Camberley & Frimley,
Farnborough & Fleet


Amanda has worked in the care sector for over 12 years and has enjoyed continued professional development for over seven years with Melody Care. Joining as a Training Manager, Amanda was promoted to Registered Branch Manager for Aldershot and Farnham in 2017. With experienced management skills at opening new branches, Amanda progressed to Business Development Manager and successfully opened a further branch in Farnborough in October 2018 and continues to ensure its success.



Suzanne Livingstone

Director of Finance

Working in various financial roles for nearly 40 years, Suzanne moved to Melody Care in 2016 so she could work for a company that made a difference to society. She is AAT and CIMA qualified and oversees the finance department as well as supporting the management in their various roles.



Lucy Vaughan

Training Manager

Lucy started her career in Care as a professional Carer in 2010, joining Melody Care in 2012 as Care Coordinator. Since then Lucy has taken on various roles including Branch Manager for the Alton Branch and Registered Manager for Melody Live-in Care. She successfully completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care in 2018 and Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems (RQF) in 2020. Eager to progress her career and utilise her interpersonal skills, Lucy took on the role as Training Manager in 2021. In addition to overseeing practical training (moving & handling and first aid) for new and existing staff, she also manages the onboarding process.

Kerry Metcalfe BEM

With over 19 years of experience working in the care sector, Kerry joined Melody Care over five years ago as a Deputy Branch Manager and was promoted to Registered Branch Manager for Alton and Bordon in 2017. She joined Melody Care at the start of 2019 overseeing all branches and was promoted to Director of Operations in December 2020.

Caroline Morgan

Registered Branch Manager
Aldershot & Farnham


Caroline has worked in the care sector for 32 years. Caroline started as a carer for the NHS and worked with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, and progressed to management. Caroline left the NHS after 29 years and is now an experienced Registered Manager for several years and joined Melody Care in 2019.
